Mildred Ann Blair's Obituary
BLAIR, Mildred Ann age 74, of Waynesville, passed away Tues. Jan. 9, 2018 at Quaker Heights Care Community, Waynesville. Mildred graduated from Harveysburg High School, class of 1960. She was a down to earth, reserved, sweet lady that was an exceptional housekeeper and a remarkable cosmetologist. She loved her animals and nature in general. She enjoyed planting her garden, but she loved eating her produce even more than she relished planting it. She had an ornery tendency and would be known for cranking up her radio and listening to the music. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter Ashley, her father Dewey M. Simpson, one brother Henry Simpson, and one sister Juanita Simpson. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Raymond; one son Raymond G. Blair; one daughter Michelle (Todd) Fairchild; one granddaughter Candice; and her mother Josephine Simpson. Funeral service 11 AM Fri., Jan. 12 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery, Corwin. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society,the Alzheimer’s Association, or Quaker Heights Care Community.
