Mindy Mayfield's Obituary
MAYFIELD, Mindy D. age 30 of Waynesville passed away suddenly Mon. July 12, 2010 at Southview Hospital. She graduated from Waynesville High School, class of '99. She was employed at Siemens IT Solutions & Services in Mason and attended Crossview Christian Church in Waynesville and Heritage Baptist Church in Lebanon. She enjoyed shopping and time with her family. She was preceded in death by one brother Brad Dellard. She is survived by her husband Jon, married 8 years; parents Marie and Don Moore of Waynesville; three sisters Crystal (Tim) Helm of KY, Angie (Donnie) Clements of Waynesville, and Sherry Griffin of VA; two brothers Paul Griffin of AZ and Sean Griffin of FL; parents-in-law Sue Mayfield of Waynesville and Mike (Debbie) Mayfield of Cincinnati; grandparents Merry and Tom Moore of Arcanum and Bill and Ruth Mayfield of Cincinnati; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services 1 PM Fri. July 16 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. The family will receive friends 10 AM-1 PM Fri. at the funeral home.
