Nancy L. Fowler's Obituary
FOWLER, Nancy L., age 84, of Waynesville and formerly of Vienna, Ohio, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Ohio Living Quaker Heights in Waynesville.
Family-oriented, loving, with a no frills attitude, Nancy greatly enjoyed crocheting, vegetable gardening, snowmobiling, fishing and camping trips with family and friends. A passionate NASCAR fan, Nancy went to school with Ryan Blaney's grandfather, so she started following Ryan with personal fanfare, almost like it was her own grandson.
She loved her family and the families around her, always asking how their children and grandchildren were doing. Even as her body grew weaker, she maintained an uplifting spirit, a never-give-up attitude, and a smile that said, "I love you."
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Herb, in 2007; her parents, Ted and Bertha Allen; and her brother, Don Allen. She is survived by two sons, Jeff (Michele) Fowler and Dean (Karen) Fowler; four grandchildren; and her sister, Barbara Likens.
A graveside service will be held at 2:45 PM on Wednesday, November 19, at New Burlington Cemetery, Wilmington. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville is serving the family. If desired, contributions may be made to Ohio Living Hospice. Condolences may be made to the family at www.stubbsconner.com.
