Nevin Cordale Anthony Jamason's Obituary
Nevin was born on January 31, 2005 in Wilmington, Ohio. At age 2½, while his mother was giving him a bath, she noticed that Nevin was not feeling well and took him to Clinton Memorial Hospital, where doctors discovered that Nevin had symptoms of Leukemia and was later transferred to Dayton Children’s Hospital.
Over the next few years, Nevin went through numerous periods of chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant, and many other procedures to keep him alive. And after everything he went through, in most cases he was in high spirits, which astounded the nurses and doctors treating him, along with his family who visited.
After medical complications and an over 5 year battle with this debilitating disease, Nevin died on February 20, 2013.
He is survived by his parents Larry and Jean Casey, brothers and sisters: Jon, Michelle, Karol, Maria, Mary, Larry Anthony, Natasha, Sky, Star, Aleigha and Larry Lee, and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
