Philip Bartram's Obituary
BARTRAM, Philip H. age 85 of Spring Valley and formerly of Xenia and Wilmington passed away Fri. Oct. 6, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton. Philip graduated from Waverly High School in 1940, was a WWII Marine Veteran, 1st Marine Division Pacific Theater, and later retired from NCR in 1973. He was a member of the Crossview Christian Church and greatly enjoyed hunting, farming, and church life. He was preceded in death by two sons Ed and John Bartram and two brothers John and Otis Bartram. He is survived by his wife Ruth, married 65 years, one son Larry Bartram of Xenia, one daughter Ann Rowell of TN, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 1:00 P.M. Mon. Oct. 9 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Pastor Randy Snyder officiating. Burial Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Sun. at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
