Phillip R. Romine's Obituary
ROMINE, Phillip R., age 71, of Millersburg, OH and formerly of Waynesville, passed away Mon. Feb. 4, 2019.
For most of his life, Phillip worked in construction, performing all aspects of the job. In his free time, he greatly enjoyed fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Vanessa in 2003, his parents, and 11 siblings. He is survived by four sons Josh Romine, Justin Romine, Jason Romine, and Ronnie Zak and granddaughter Hollee Romine.
The family will receive friends 2-4 PM Sun. Feb. 10 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville. Burial will follow at a later date in Miami Cemetery, Corwin. Condolences at www.stubbsconner.com.
