I was so saddened to hear of your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you and the girls. Try and just think about how wonderful your dad/grandpa feels now. No pain and such wonderful clear thoughts. He is so much better off than we are today. "To be absent here is to be present with the Lord"....try and remember only good thoughts and know you will be re-united again some day.

A man of God has made the journey that all of us have to make someday. My family and I have been blessed to be a part of his family. He always had something funny to say and something to joke about. There was never a dull moment around Papaw James, especially on the one and only car ride I took with him and my stepDad Dan. I'll never forget it! He will be missed and loved as always.
