i miss my uncle rich i am sorry i couldnt go to his funeral but i live in a nursing home. i remember going to the last family reunion of our githens family at he and his wifes place with my mother ruth githens-greiner. i will miss always. karen lynn greiner his niece.

Elizabeth my thoughts and prayer are with you and your family. I knew of Dick for many years as a result of my working with Dairy Technology graduates but not personally until I became the University's representative to the Cincinnati Dairy Technology Society. He became a good friend and did an outstanding job serving as President of the Society. Of all the people I worked with over the years Dick is one I truly missed once I retired.

Though I never had the honor to meet Richard, I had the privilege of meeting Elizabeth and family. I was frequently the Bethany Village escort assisting Elizabeth and family for visitation there. It was obvious how much they all loved Richard and how much he would be missed, when the time came. I hope anyone who reads this will give Elizabeth the love and support she will need in the times ahead.
