Robert "Bob" C. Ripple's Obituary
RIPPLE, Robert “Bob” C., age 79, of Waynesville, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Hospice of Dayton.
Robert graduated from Northmont High School, class of ’61. He worked 20 years at Dayton Press before retiring in 2012 as a truck driver from Foodliner Inc of Dayton after several more years of service.
Bob greatly enjoyed reading, watching TV, and building race cars. He collected hats that were given to him by customers and companies he worked with, which he wore proudly. He was most proud of his family and his marriage of 58 years. Among many things, his family will remember fondly that he always insisted on and knew a favorable route when he rode as a passenger in their automobile.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Martha Ripple, and one sister, Patricia Ripple. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie; two children, Doug (Angie) Ripple and Karen Eyler; four grandchildren, Courtney (Michael) Powell, Chari Eyler (Trae Walterhouse), Austin Ripple, and Taylor (Justin) Powell; and three great-grandchildren, Annie, Ellie, and Max.
Private family services. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville is serving the family. Condolences at www.stubbsconner.com.
