Roger L. Johnson's Obituary
JOHNSON, Roger L. age 72 of Waynesville passed away Mon. May 19, 2014 with his family by his side. Roger worked 20 years for Centerville Steel and several more years for Marmac Company in Xenia. A member of the Bethany Baptist Church in Clarksville, he greatly enjoyed watching the Reds and Bengals, being outside, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of the Waynesville American Legion post 615. He was preceded in death by his parents James Johnson and Violet Ward, his brother Jerry Johnson, and his sister Helen Ward. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary; son and daughter-in-law Marcus and Tammy Johnson; and three grandchildren Jarrett, Chloe, and Deacon. Funeral services 10:30 AM Fri. May 23, 2014 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Burial will be at Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thurs. at the funeral home.
