I was stunned and saddened today to read of Rush's passing. I have many memories of him, especially when he was next-door neighbor in Lytle. Please accept my deepest sympathies at this time.

Rush was such a kind and caring man and always had a joke or memory to cheer people up. He will be greatly missed by a lot of people. So glad we got to spend a little time with him last week-- he still tried so hard to be jovial! Our deepest sympathy to Joyce, Cindy, Karen, Ronnie, grandchildren and great grand children. I'm really gonna miss seeing him walking the sidewalks in Lytle. Every time I would see him out I would stop & we would share a few good laughs. I was always telling him to get outta the middle of the road before he got ran over. He would just smile & tell me "They'll go around me." He was truely the life of Lylte!!
