Russell R. Howard's Obituary
HOWARD, Russell R. age 51 of Wilmington and formerly of Spring Valley passed away Sat. June 14, 2014. Russell was a 1980 graduate of Xenia High School and a veteran of the Navy. He was a member of the Fairview Primitive Baptist Church, Bellbrook. He was preceded in death by his mother Katherine and one brother Leonard Howard. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Jeannie; two daughters Janice and Trisha Howard; his father David Howard; three brothers James, Robert, and David Jr., and his sister Linda McCormick.
