Russell J. Rogers' Obituary
Rogers, Russell J., age 68, of Waynesville passed away Sun. June 21, 2015 in Tennessee. He graduated from Waynesville High School and was a Vietnam Army veteran. He retired in 1996, from GM after nearly 31 years of service. Russell was a member of the Waynesville American Legion and Ohio Farm Bureau. He greatly enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and traveling. He was preceded in death by his father Russell G. Rogers. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Diana; son Russell Rogers; two daughters Heather McCarthy and Missy Rogers; five grandchildren Tyler, Daniel, Chris, Ashlea, Bradley, and D.J.; several great grandchildren; mother Reba W. Rogers; brother Jim (Clara) Rogers; four sister Terry (Milo) Moore, Hazel (Mike) Brown, Penny Rogers, and Robin (Cirby) Gasaway; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 11 am Fri., June 26 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery, Corwin.
