I was privileged to have know Sandy and friends in the early seventies when I first meet the Lord. We had coffee every week after our ladies meetings and fellowship. We have laughed and prayed and sang together. Some of my fondest memories go back the Xenia Church of God.
Since we were new to the church we watched Janell, Jill, and Dotty’ s kids, Debbie, Tammy and Bobby, along with Glory Moore and maybe a few more, especially when they had sickness or death in the family. The kids were so much fun. Spent at lot of the weekends playing games as our kids played. When we moved back to Lexington she would call us, on their way to Florida or Tennessee, so she could here Jama talk on the recorder or hear her southern, (hillbilly),message.
Through the years we just fellowshipped through Christmas cards, and have kept in touch through Facebook especially with Janell and Jill. Which I have always loved and admired how Sandy and Fred were such a loving and fun family and passed it onto their children and grandchildren and the great grandchildren. Family was everything to Fred and Sandy. My heart goes out to the whole family and friends, but she left great and wonderful happy memories, never a cruel word. Thank God for that privilege of knowing Sandy and family.
Love and prayers to you all,
Linda Campbell
