Sandra June Stemple's Obituary
STEMPLE, Sandra June, age 73, of Waynesville, passed away Tues. June 14, 2016 at Miami Valley Hospital. Sandra previously owned and operated Pat’s Gas for 5 years, and was the tax commissioner for the village of South Lebanon for 10 years. In more recent years she was a council woman for Waynesville for 16 years and worked at Hometown Market place for over 15 years. She was a member and Eucharistic minister of the St. Augustine Catholic Church in Waynesville. She was a member of the Progressive Women’s Club as well as an active member in the Waynesville American Legion Auxiliary Unit 615. She greatly enjoyed antique collecting, her dogs, and her Victorian house. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Francis Curry. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Peter Sr.; two sons Peter (Tina) Stemple Jr. and Jim Stemple (Sandra Gronert); two daughters Robin L. Aeshliman and Amanda (Gary) Netherton; eight grandchildren Peter Stemple III, Stephanie Bohl, John Aeshiman, Angie Schake, Kathleen Stemple, Alexis Stirmel, and Dakota Abigale and William Alexander Netherton; seven great grandchildren Victorian Lynn and Jacob Bohl, Makayla Morrell, Rowan and Addison Aeshliman, and Preston and Alana Becklund; and one brother Richard (Debbie) Curry. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am Sat. June 18 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Waynesville. Father Raymond Kammerer will be celebrating her life. The family will receive friends 9 am – 11 am Sat. at the church. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville is serving the family.
