Shirley A. Carnes' Obituary
CARNES, Shirley A. age 78 of Waynesville and formerly of Harveysburg passed away Wed. Jan. 21, 2015. Shirley graduated from Harveysburg High School and retired from Clinton Massie Local Schools after 28 years of service. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Waynesville. She was preceded in death by her former husband John Geiger, a son Tim Carnes, granddaughter Taylor Hood, her parents Ralph and Nellie Dell, and her brother Ralph Dell. She is survived by her husband Bud Carnes; three sons Kenneth (Diane) Geiger, John (Allison) Geiger, and Matt (Jackie) Carnes; four daughters Terry Kronenberger, Sharon Cooper, Nancy Vogt, and Jennifer (David) Hood; 17 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and two sisters Betty (Bill) Greger and Eleanor Kohlmann. Mass 11 A.M. Sat. Jan. 24 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Waynesville. Father Raymond Kammerer celebrant. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville is serving the family.
