MALICOTE, Shirley I. age 75, of Mt. Holly, passed away Mon. July 4, 2016 at Cedar View Nursing Home, Lebanon. Shirley retired from Quaker Heights Nursing Home, Waynesville in 2011 after 32 years of service. Prior to Quaker Heights, she worked a short time at Tristate Fireworks in Loveland. She greatly enjoyed playing the Ohio Lottery. She was preceded in death by her parents Bernam and Mamie Evans and two brothers Lenny and Randall Evans. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, James. M.; two sons Eugene Malicote and Jeffery “Keith” (Sharon) Malicote; three grandchildren Heather (Jacob) Orange, Greg Bostic (Amanda), and Ricky Bostic; seven great grandchildren Colton, Aryston, Peyton, Victoria, Evan, Lanet, and Loren; and one sister Reba (Jerry) Burger. Funeral services 1 PM Fri. July 8 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Pastor Larry Isaacs officiating. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery, Corwin.
