Shirley M. Wadsworth - Jones' Obituary
JONES, Shirley M. Wadsworth, age 81, of Hillsboro and formerly Waynesville, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022, at Kettering Medical Center.
Shirley was an LPN for Kettering Medical Center for 15 years. She was a member of the Centerville Seventh-day Adventist Church. Being a kind and sweet lady who was always pleasant, she loved raising her children. In her spare time, she greatly enjoyed sewing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald, in 2012; one son Craig Jones; parents Darrold and Florence Wadsworth; one brother Darrold Wadsworth Jr.; and one sister Myrna Kahler. She is survived by three sons William Jones, Keith Jones, and Gregory (Aurora) Jones; one daughter Cynthia Marie Jones; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A private family graveside service will be held at 1 PM Friday, March 11, at Miami Cemetery in Corwin. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville is serving the family. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Condolences at www.stubbsconner.com.
