HAMRICK, Tammy Lou (nee Kilpatrick) age 42, passed away on June 19, 2014. Tammy is survived by her mother JoAnn Shields; father Lawrence (Karen) Kilpatrick; and children Gregory (Lindsey) Kilpatrick, David Spinks, Melissa Kilpatrick and Harley Thomas. She was preceded in death by a daughter Lisa Spinks and step-father Edwin F. "Butch" Shields. She will be greatly missed by her family. From God's arms to my arms to yours. Memorial service 11 AM Thurs. June 26 at Bethany Baptist Church, Clarksville. Visitation 10-11 AM Thurs. at the church.
