Sorry for your loss. As the chairperson for "Centerville Class of 1961" I had talked with Tevis several times over the years about attending a class reunion, however I was never successful, for whatever reason. Our loss. On a personal note "back in the day" when Tevis came to Centerville we were in the same Drivers ED class and I had an instant "crush" on him! He was so CUTE!!! Many condolences to all of you. Tevis was also on "facebook" with some of our classmates, in case you're interested.

When we visited Tevis Jr's mom and dad at their Florida home on the canal , Tevis Jr. Was our pilot and captain of our gulf tours and joy rides. He was always a gracious host and a polite gentleman. He and Laurita Ann were loving children and helpful servants to Marie and Tevis Sr. As long as they were living. I remember Tevis Jr saying that navigation of the boat was more accurate is he could keep the shore line in view, but if he lost sight of the shore line there were no guarantees . :) we will think of him in fondness and may God alone be his judge.
