Billy was always there in a minute if anyone needed help. He had the biggest heart for loving and caring of his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him. He could brighten any dull day but just smiling and laughing!

I remember looking forward to the summer when he would come down and stay a little while. He always brought his moped and I thought he was so cool and no matter how annoying I was he would smile and take me for a ride. I can still see his face and hear him saying “Oh Krissy” when I would say or do something that I shouldn’t. Billy was one of the sweetest, most caring, loving and compassionate people I know. You will be greatly missed cousin!

Billy was such a wonderful young man. My dad and family always enjoyed speaking with him growing up, and he was so kind hearted. I know he's going to be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Will surely be missed. We had some great memories growing up.
Through the years Billy has always made me feel as if I were still family. He always had a hug and an I love you. I remember when he met his wife, he was so excited, so in love. He couldn't wait to tell me how he met a girl that is do beautiful. He said " I never thought I would ever meet someone that makes me happy like she does, I'm gonna marry her, you watch and see" I love you Billy. Give everyone a big hug for me! Rest in peace.
He was one of my good friends when I was in school he will be missed. Prayers for his family.
