We sent flowers through this funeral site, but they failed to get them to you, and we are very sorry about that. It is always nice to see who supports you through these times of grief, and we SO wanted to be there for Nic and his family.
My next step is to try and get the accounting department to make a donation to the church that Nic advised in your family's name. I will have him help me on the address/location.

I am so saddened to hear of Cindy's passing and my heart goes out to her family, most especially Megan, one of my former students. I remember Cindy as a sweet, unassuming soul who touched lives dearly.
There are simply no words to describe our friendship with Bill and Cindy. It's impossible to name one without the other. They were a deeply committed couple. We met then at an important time in their lives and became close friends with both of them. But the strong tie between Cindy and me has never been duplicated by any other friendship I have ever had. Circumstances moved each of us and our families to different parts of the country, but we were never far apart in heart. She was a true friend who loved me unconditionally and whom I loved the same way. Her intellect challenged and inspired me; her love for her family reached beyond the ordinary into the realm of extraordinary. I last spoke to Cindy by phone on August 8 en route to my daddy's funeral/burial. Our last words to each other were "I love you." I am saddened beyond belief and will miss not laughing with you again on this earth. But I know that to be "absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." I praise God for your life and that you are now perfect in Him.
