Edward Robert Greenway Jr.'s Obituary
GREENWAY, Edward Robert Jr. "Eddie" age 19 of Waynesville went to be with his Lord on Sun. Oct. 11, 2009 as a result of a car accident. He was born in Springfield and lived there until he moved to Waynesville in 2001 where he graduated from Waynesville H.S. in 2008. Eddie was a full time student at Sinclair Community College where he was majoring in music to become a music teacher. Music was the second love of his life, as his daughter was the first. Eddie was the all around athlete playing football, soccer, baseball, wrestling, basketball, and track. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Greenway Hice; step father, Ray Hice; daughter, Ava; Grandmother, Mary Coffman; sisters, Ashley Hice and Amber Houser; father, Edward R. Greenway Sr.; grandmother, Connie Brubaker; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He leaves behind so many special friends especially Angela, David, Brent, Amanda, Brad, Carley, the "boys in the band," and his dog Tweak. He was preceded in death by his brother Bobby Greenway, his maternal grandfather William Coffman, and step grandmother Margaret Hice. Funeral services 11 AM Thurs. Oct. 15 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Burial Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 4-8 PM Wed. at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made at any LCNB branch to the Edward Greenway Jr. Memorial Fund for his daughter's college education.
