MORROW, Jeffery W., age 65, of Spring Valley and formally of Waynesville, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023, at his residence. Jeffery was a 1976 graduate of Waynesville High School. He retired in 2019 as the supervisor of Read Obituary
We remember Jeff from our teenage years. We raced our cars up and down Clarksville Road and at Kil Kare Dragway near Xenia.
We were buddies. We ran into Jeff in Oregonia about 10 years ago. It seemed as though we were the same friends, wrenching on our cars in Joe Morrow's driveway.
I'm so sorry that he has passed on. God's peace and comfort will be with you.
