COOK, John “Jack” Charles, age 57, of Waynesville passed away Fri. April 2, 2010 at his home. John was a graduate of the Ohio State University School of Architecture. He was owner of John C. Cooke Architect, A.I.A. He was preceded in death by parents Elsie L. and Charles M. Cooke and one sister Cinda Lou Cooke. He is survived by his wife Pamela (Nowlin); five children Lisa Cooke (John Puckett), James Bailey, Marijo (Nick) Capozzolo; three sisters Linda (Frank) Kuntz, Jill (Bill) McCauley, and Patricia (Denny) Nutting; four brothers-in-law Paul (Anna), Tom (Eveline), Tim, and Terry Nowlin; his parents-in-law Jack and Marijo Nowlin; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Memorial service celebrating John’s life will be noon Fri. April 9 at Urban Crest Baptist Church, Drake Road, Lebanon. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service Fri. at the church.
