I've known Karin for 28 years, ever since I was 18, and consider her son, Marty, to be my best friend. I've so many memories of the times I've shared with this great women, and grew close enough to consider her as a 2nd mom to me, and she was generous enough to fill that roll with aplomb. She was an intricate part of our lives as her sons and my friendship brought them into the fold of my family, often seeing her at more than one of my family members homes, relaxing, sipping on something to drink, and talking about a variety of subjects, mostly going ons in the neighborhood. I've rambled enough, but suffice it to say, no memory, how great, will ever replace time with such a smart, generous, and enigmatic lady, as Karin. I will deeply mourn her passing, as should the world, for losing one of their best.
