Lucille P. Paine's Obituary
PAINE, Lucille P. age 89, of Hillsboro and formerly of Middletown and Indiana, passed away Tues. May 30 , 2017. Lucille graduated from high school in Washington Court House, received a bachelor's degree from Wilmington College, and a master's degree from Xavier. She taught school for 46 years in Ohio and Indiana. She was a member of the Hillsboro First Presbyterian Church and she greatly enjoyed flower gardening and music. She was preceded in death by her husband Fallis Ferree Paine in 2009; daughter Diana Vance; her parents Robert and Loa Parrett; and one sister Ruth Barker. She is survived by her son Robert Paine; son-in-law Russ Vance; four grandchildren Kelley (Patrick) Moise, Deirdre (Henry) Hina, Michael (Cindy) Vance, and Russ (Kristin) Vance; seven great grandchildren Kieran, Chelsea, Abby, Ledger, Kendall, Ciara, and Siobhan; and one sister Marilyn (Paul) Zimmerman. A memorial service will be scheduled in the near future. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville is serving the family.
