God has a way of connecting us even in death. "Uncle Bob" (as he was called by the 4 Fleming siblings of Stone Mountain, GA whose parents - Jim & Maree now reside in Surprise, AZ) was on my mind on 4/15. Later that week, my dad (Jim) called to tell me the sad news. "Uncle Bob" and I shared a special bond since we share the same b-day (5/24). My parents were his neighbors back in the late 80's in Stone Mountain, GA and "Uncle Bob" became much more than a great neighbor. He was my Dad's BFF! We enjoyed going out with him year after year on Lake Hartwell. He even sold his prized 1995 Impala to my younger brother once he grew up and saved enough money to afford to pay cash for it (in honor of my brother's request to save it for him from age 16 to 20-something). "Uncle Bob" was always a man of his Word, which is a rare quality in people these days.
"Uncle Bob" - May you rest in God's Peace & Love. May God bring the rest of the family the same. You are all in our thoughts and prayers and he will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Love always,
Tina (Fleming) and Shelby (daughter) of Decatur, GA
