Gene regularly called my mother, Wilma Coyan for many years. They always shared fond memories of my grandmother Mildred, and Uncle Russel. Mom is now 93 and too is at Quaker Heights. She was saddened to hear of Gene's passing. Our sympathies to all of the Ridgeville Burnett's - a fine old Warren County family.

Remembering the many, Many years at Ridgeville. It was always a Great time during Ice Cream Socials and Gene was there helping out in whatever he could do. Daddy always appreciated Gene and his entire Family. In that sense, I feel Your loss as my own. Daddy would have had the Service, covid or no covid, cause it would have been his HONOR to Announce Gene’s Going Home. I have No Doubt that Daddy and Mommy met Gene with Hugs and a few AMENS and a WELCOME HOME THOU GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT. Know how much you ALL Are LOVED. Faithie ❤️❤️❤️🙏
Uncle Jean was like a grandfather to me since his brother Jack passed away when I was five and he was like a great grandfather to my children and he will be sorely missed
